1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery partner.
2. Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, the order will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to return eligibility.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
5. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been packed
- The order has been dispatched
- The order has been handed over to the courier
- The product is customised, specially arranged, or part of a non-cancellable promotion where clearly mentioned
- The cancellation request is made after the cancellation window
6. Right to Cancel by Karezz
Karezz reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment is not confirmed
- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to a technical error
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- Delivery details are incomplete or invalid
- The order cannot be fulfilled for operational reasons
If Karezz cancels an order after payment, the customer will be informed and eligible amount will be refunded.
