1. Offers and Promotions
Karezz may run offers, coupons, bundles, gift sets, seasonal promotions, free shipping promotions, launch offers, or limited-time campaigns.
All offers are subject to availability and may be changed, paused, extended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated.
2. Coupon Codes
Coupon codes must be entered correctly at checkout.
Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed unless approved by Karezz.
3. One Offer Per Order
Unless clearly stated, only one coupon, offer, or discount can be used per order.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions, bundle discounts, sale prices, gift cards, or free shipping offers.
4. Minimum Order Value
Some offers may require a minimum order value.
The minimum order value is calculated after discounts and before or after shipping depending on the promotion terms shown at checkout.
5. Product Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from promotions, including but not limited to:

6. Gift Sets and Ritual Sets
Gift sets and ritual sets may include selected products curated by Karezz.
Items in a gift set or bundle may not be exchangeable individually unless approved by Karezz.
If a customer returns part of a bundle, the original bundle offer may no longer apply and refund value may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Free Gifts
Free gifts, if offered, are subject to availability.
If an order is returned or cancelled, the free gift must also be returned unused and unopened, where applicable.
If the free gift is not returned, Karezz may deduct its value from the refund.
8. Price Changes
Product prices and promotional prices may change from time to time.
Karezz does not guarantee price adjustment or refund of the difference for orders placed before or after a promotion.
9. Same Price Across Channels
Karezz aims to maintain fair and consistent pricing across official sales channels where possible.
However, marketplace fees, marketplace campaigns, bank offers, shipping promotions, coupons, platform-funded discounts, or limited-time campaigns may cause price differences across channels.
10. Misuse of Offers
Karezz reserves the right to cancel orders or remove discounts if there is suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, technical errors, or violation of promotion terms.
